Our seasoned staff is always available to help you with any questions, concerns or emergencies that you may have. We will show you the cleaning process and explain how it will benefit you and your business. You have the benefits of free estimates, test cleans and competitive pricing.

Will the cleaning be disruptive to my business?

No! Ceiling Pro will schedule work to meet your needs. Many times, that means during the middle of the night when your business is already closed for the evening. Our professional, specially trained service crews are always on time! Clients appreciate our reliability and our quick response time in urgent circumstances.

When should I recoat?

Some ceilings are beyond cleaning, or they are highly textured and do not clean well. "Acoustical Recoat" gives you an alternative to replacing expensive tile that can't be cleaned. Please see our informational sheet.

Why not just paint the ceilings?

Painting results in tiles being stuck to t-bars and frequently causes tiles to bow or warp with changes in temperature or humidity. Dirt on painted surfaces will bleed through and yellow the paint. Not only is the odor of paint objectionable, but the acoustical properties of tiles are more likely to be damaged by paint. Painted ceilings often can't be cleaned.

Why not just replace the ceilings?

Replacement costs would be considerably greater, when you consider the cost of tile and include disposal (land-fill) cost! Compared to replacement, recoating will be a substantial budget stretching decision! Replacing tiles will not eliminate the problem, discolored grids and t-bars still need to be dealt with. With recoating, metal or plastic grid is renewed. Vents, speakers, and other non-vital ceiling fixtures can be coated for a uniform appearance.

We have chipped, old, discolored or rusted ceiling grid work. Any solutions?

Ceiling Pro has developed a "GRID CAP" solution, which is a cost effective alternative to painting or replacement and extends the useful life of older gridwork that is in need of attention. "GRID CAP" gives the entire a new professional appearance that may be cleaned by our standard cleaning solutions and needs no specialized tools for installation.

How exactly does this whole process work?

We've got a few short video clips that describe exactly what to expect from a cleaning here. You may also see our informational sheet on how the system removes dirt.

Are the chemicals safe and environmental friendly?

Yes! All chemicals and materials used in your home or business are clean and green. For detailed safety information, please see our Materials Safety Data Sheet and information about an acoustical recoat.

Can I see some references from work that you've done?
